Dona Julia Golf is in Casares, Malaga province, beside the A-7 motorway at kilometre 146, where a dedicated exit leads onto the avenue to the club less than a hundred metres from the road. The course is 46 kilometres from Marbella, 18 from Sotogrande and 35 from Gibraltar, and 96, 134 and 221 kilometres from Malaga, Jerez and Seville respectively. The caddie master's desk opens 08:00 to 18:00 in winter and 08:00 to 20:00 from late March to the end of October.

Dona Julia Golf sells an afternoon rate, called Atardecer, which starts at 13:00 in summer and 13:30 in winter. It is published only as a two-player price with a shared buggy included: 159 euros in high season and 142 euros in low season. A sunrise rate, Amanecer, is also published for two players at 168 and 147 euros, and is not valid during July and August.
