How to book a tee time at golf courses in Spain
Booking rules — how far ahead, check-in, group sizes, cancellation — are set club by club in Spain. CostaCaddie holds a verified booking rule for 25 of the 96 courses it tracks; each is quoted below with the date it was verified.
Each entry is the club's rule as CostaCaddie verified it on the date shown. A club not listed here has no verified rule on file — that is a gap in our coverage, not a statement about the club.
Barcelona area
Club de Golf Llavaneras
Weekend pricing applies on public holidays; the club lists its 2026 bank holidays explicitly (Easter 3-6 April, 24 June, 15 August, 11 September, 12 October, 1 November, 6, 8 and 26 December). The club closes on Mondays for rest — except 6 April, 27 July to 31 August and 7 December 2026 — and on 1 January and 25 December. Use of wardrobe and towel is included in the green-fee rate.

Club de Golf Terramar
Players must check in at the 1st tee at least 5 minutes before their scheduled time. Matches are organized in groups of four; smaller parties of one, two or three players may be paired together by the club. The maximum allowed time to complete the 18-hole course is 4 hours and 10 minutes, and slower groups must let following parties play through. A course marshal monitors pace of play and issues up to two warnings; after a third warning for slow play, the group can be required to leave the course, with no refund of the green fee paid.

Club de Golf Vallromanes
Club de Golf Vallromanes uses a starter and a marshal to manage tee-off times and the flow of play on the course, and players are asked to follow their instructions, which take precedence. Visitors who have booked a specific tee time will normally play at that time, but the club reserves the right to adjust it slightly when the starter considers it necessary for the smooth running of the day.

Golf Montanyà
The 9-hole green fee at Golf Montanyà is only available from 15:00 onwards, priced at 57 EUR on weekdays and 72 EUR on weekends. Separately, on Sundays the standard weekday green fee applies from 13:00 onwards rather than the weekend rate, meaning golfers teeing off later on a Sunday pay 100 EUR instead of 130 EUR for an 18-hole visitor round. Golfers planning an afternoon Sunday tee time should confirm current rates and availability, as the 15:00 nine-hole restriction and the 13:00 Sunday changeover both affect final pricing.

Golf de Pals publishes its booking conditions alongside the 2026 tariff. Players can reserve two days in advance, after having played the two before; cancellations must be made 48 hours before play. Online bookings through the club's own engine state cancellation up to 24 hours before the game date. Every player must collect their green fee ticket at least 15 minutes before the reservation, groups are limited to four players per round, and each player must have their own bag and clubs. The club reserves the right to modify its prices without notice and to refuse admission.

Bookings are taken through the club's Golfmanager reservation engine. Booking online earns a 10 percent discount on the Green Fee plus Buggy rate, reducing it to 75.60 euros in low season and 89.10 euros in high season; the twilight rate carries no online discount. Azata Golf states that rates may change without prior notice and that the prices which actually apply are always those shown in the booking engine or quoted by reception at the time of booking.

Cabopino Golf Marbella structures its green fees around three seasons published on the tariff page. High season runs 1 March to 31 May and 16 September to 15 November; mid season is February, 1 to 15 September and 16 to 30 November; low season is January, June to August and December. Greenlife Golf prices its individual green fees in three seasons printed at the foot of the price list. Low season runs from 16 November to 15 January; mid season from 16 January to 15 February and from 1 June to 31 August; high season from 16 February to 31 May and from 1 September to 15 November. The 9-hole adult green fee is 25 EUR in low season, 27 EUR in mid season and 29 EUR in high season, with a second round on the same day at 14 EUR in every season. The page states that Greenlife Golf reserves the right to change any rate.

Higuerón Marbella Golf Resort's 2026 rate card runs on two seasons. Discounted rates apply to online bookings only and are quoted as 20 euros for 9 holes and 30 euros for 18 holes, every day and all year. Green fees at Miguel Angel Jimenez Golf Academy are booked either at the clubhouse offices or through the online booking section of the club's website. Players who book a green fee are required to hold a current federation licence issued by the Real Federacion Espanola de Golf. The club states that it reserves the right to close tee-off times for organised events, and that any such closures are announced in advance on its website. All green fees are described as subject to reservation and availability. The published price list runs from 1 January to 31 December 2026, and the club states that the list is displayed at the club and on the website, and that prices published by any other means are not official.

Real Club El Candado takes green fee bookings through a link on its golf prices page. Its 2026 daily rate card separates members from non-members and prices rounds by tee-time band, with a cheaper middle-of-the-day slot. Weekend and public holiday rounds starting after 15:00 are priced separately and, between November and March, are offered over 9 holes only. The club also lists a 10-green-fee booklet at 246.70 euros, a guest-of-member rate of 18.50 euros and reciprocal-club rates of 20.50 euros for 9 holes and 25.70 for 18.

Santa Maria Golf and Country Club prices its 2026-27 season by tee-time band rather than by day of the week. In the two peak periods, 1 March to 31 May and 1 September to 30 November, and again from 1 December to 31 January, there are three bands: an early bird slot from 08:00 to 08:50, the main morning slot from 09:00 to 13:50, and twilight from 14:00. In February and from June to August only two bands apply, mornings from 08:00 to 13:50 and twilight from 14:00. Reservations go through the caddymaster.

The San Roque Club starts groups at 10-minute intervals on the Old Course and ordinarily makes flights up as four-balls: green-fee guests booking as one, two or three players must expect to be paired with another group. Cancellations are non-refundable within 3 days of play for bookings of up to four players, within 14 days for five to sixteen players, and within 30 days for more than sixteen.

Canyamel Golf charges the full green fee for a no-show or for a cancellation made within 24 hours of the booked tee time. Nine-hole rounds are by telephone reservation only (+34 971 841 313). Capdepera Golf prices its green fees dynamically: the 2026 rate card publishes 'from' floors rather than fixed fees — 18 holes from 125 EUR after 9:00 in the top season block, from 89 EUR all day in the middle block and from 75 EUR in the lowest, with cheaper before-9am and after-3pm slots for 9- and 12-hole rounds. Since April 2025, every booking at Club de Golf Alcanada requires a 'Daily Golf Licence' — a compulsory insurance at 3 EUR per person per day — unless the player holds a current licence from the Spanish Golf Federation, which must be shown as proof. The licence can be bought online during booking or paid at the pro shop, and it does not cover loss or theft on the property.

Golf Son Termes states that cancellations are notified by email and confirmed by the club. A booking that is not cancelled at least 72 hours in advance is invoiced at 50 percent of the price of the green fee booked. T Golf Palma sells green fees at dynamic rates and publishes an online cancellation policy. A cancellation made between zero and seven days before the tee time is charged at 100% of the reservation. A cancellation made more than eight days before the tee time is refunded in full, less an administration fee of €3.50 per person.
